Our trainer of the week is the beautiful Erica Phillips! Erica developed her workout program, Simply Fit, in 2014 after having her baby girl. As a new mommy, Erica didn't always have the time to go to the gym to get a good workout in like she had prior to being a mom.
She realized that in order to stick to her workouts, they needed to be QUICK, EFFECTIVE, and FUN! Once Erica figured out a new way of working out that fit in with her schedule and was more efficient, she started seeing results.
Erica realized that there were a lot of fellow moms who were looking for direction in their journey to lost some of the baby weight. That's when she decided to get her workouts down on paper. Simply Fit is a HIIT based workout program that is designed to torch fat as fast as possible, helping moms get their pre-baby bodies back while spending more time with their kids.
Although this program was originally designed with moms in mind, these workouts can push anyone to their limits...trust me I did them all!
1. Run .5 Miles
2. Ladder Superset - Burpees + DB Thrusters (10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps) ex. 10 burpees + 10 thruster, rest, 9 burpees + 9 DB thrusters, etc.
