1. Air Squats - 15 reps
2. DB Push Press - 15x
3. Bench Dips - 15x
4. Tuck Ups - 15x
Complete each round for time - meaning try and not take breaks between the movements in each round. If you want to challenge yourself, try and complete each round faster than the last. You'll start to see results when you set goals and really push yourself 😃💪🏼
