The Warmup

   1. Treadmill - 10 min at 6.5

The Workout

   1. Barbell Curl - 3 sets 10 reps

   2. Tricep Extensions - 3 sets 10 reps

   3. Superset - Repeat 3x - (10 Preacher Curls + 10 French Curls)

   4. Superset 2 - Repeat 3x - (10 Hammer Curls + 10 Triceps Rope Pressdown)

   5. Superset 3 - Repeat 3x - (20 Wrist Curls + 10 Reverse Wrist Curls)
